Обновили UPDATE (11/21/25) – RTL Network Driver for ESXi 1.101.01 is now available and resolves network connection drop that some folks were experiencing. If you have not installed this version, go ahead and download and follow the installation steps below. If you had installed the earlier version of the driver, you can simply upgrade without re-installing, please see the instructions below for more details.

Там дебаг версию зарелизили были проблемы с дисконнектами на некоторых картах OK. Wenchao was able to take a look and he has a suspicion regarding the issue. He’s provided this debug driver to validate whether the planned workaround would resolve the problem. Please grab https://virtuallyghetto-download.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/VMware-Re-Driver-Debug.zip and install (it is NOT signed, so you will need to add –no-sig-check). Please uninstall the original driver and then install the debug driver and see if the issue persists. Можно в коментах почитать, мож кому гоорит

Афтор лукавит, проблема аппаратной совместимости (в наших условиях) – краеугольный камень, почему, нужно смотреть на vSAN с большой осторожностью.
Для гарантированной работы vSAN необходимо 100% соответствие HCL, вплоть до версии прошивки диска.
Более того, в одной версии vSAN прошивка может поддерживаться, а в другой ее уже нет.
И вот вопрос – как в наших условиях получить нужное оборудование и темболее, нужную прошивку?
А уж про вопрос технической поддержки на оборудование и vSAN можно даже и не думать, в теории конечно возможно, но очень сложно.
